The book Celiac Disease and Gluten-Free Diet was published in 2012 in Pakistan. The objective of this
book was to provide easy to understand information on celiac disease to the general public including
patients and health care professionals including general physicians and specialists such as
gastroenterologists, medical trainees, nurses and dietitians. Complimentary copies of the book have been
distributed to public, physicians and medical libraries. While significant advancements in celiac disease
have occurred since the book was published, the basic information remains valid.
